Returns & Exchanges
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your merchandise, Dogphora will gladly accept any unused, unwashed, or undamaged product within 7 days of original purchase. Original tags must still be attached, and there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from the return balance.
Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Monogrammed items
- Embroidered items
- Grooming items and treats
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
To return or exchange an item, please contact customer service via email@example.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Merchandise refunds will be made in the form of original payment only.
Please note that we do not refund original shipping and handling charges and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
